This is a free beta until 9th May inclusive.. I had a bash tonight. Had great fun, much more immersive than TF2 imo with better graphics and more varied gameplay. I will probably buy this because I am a bit of a blizzard fan so if anyone else gets it let me know!

Okay I cracked already, bought a semi-shady key from G2A on sale but at least it's not 60 frikkin euro.

Game is already well polished in beta but full game release is on 24th May.

Nice one wes. At least I'll have someone to play it with I really enjoyed the open beta. Loved playing the bastion and the creed guy. there's certainly a character for every play style.

Gotta say I am still loving this game.. I am only about level 11 or something but it's a shitload of fun and very fast paced.

My favourites characters so far are:

Defence - Junkrat is really cool but he's about the only one I've played with so far.
Offence - I like a lot of them but I am beginning to like Pharah the best for her ability to rain down missiles and cause a shitload of dmg
Tank - D.VA - awesome animations when she climbs into the mech... never get tired of this. I have not played other tanks much yet.
Support - Lucio, but I really like all of them. I think support is one of the best roles in the game, it's a credit that blizzard managed to make this less popular role really interesting and diverse to play and Lucio is up there with the best in terms of character designs and varied gameplay.

We should try link up and get a full team of 5 players... just need one more bugger to buy the game. I encourage everyone to do so as it's a great shooter and you know blizzard are going to keep updating it for a good while.

I agree its a cracking game and definitely think others should get it. it wont disappoint.

my favorites at the moment are hanzo and junkrat. i like the engineer with the turret
for defense but mostly play hanzo or junkrat atm.

I did try lucio the other night before my mouse packed in and i really enjoyed it once i realized his healing powers were passive and i didn't have to shoot my gun at teammates.
