Guten Abend meine Fragfreunde,
So y'know, your dedicated and supportive OFc Council have been discussing the issue of TEAMWORK lately.
Some properly worked out statement is going to be posted up in all the right places soon, but in the meantime please help out:
* use voicecomms to chivvy along the team so no-one hangs back in a rush, or at least not the same people each time. Anyone who intends to hang back should use voicecomms to explain their strategy, not just quietly guard the rear.
* please use voicecomms to single out individuals who aren't supporting the team and tell them to get their shit together
* take one for the team and lead from the front - this might not be optimal for the team but it will help you drag forward those that haven't got the message. A player suspecting an [OFc] member isn't buying into the teamwork ethos will undermine the whole programme.
This is just an update, so you're aware of the current main debate in the Council, but please help out as we develop this theme.
